The design strategy for this up-and-coming podcasting studio stemmed from a desire from the client to develop a space to accommodate the needs of their team while not ignoring to the character of the surrounding neighborhood. The building includes a variety of recording studio sizes, as well as both private and collaborate work space.
A circulation core ties together the floating second level with the more recessed ground level, while incorporating materials inspired by quintessential Los Angeles mid-century modern architecture.
